Beloved Astrid,You helped me to open doors so that Icould integrate many many things. Issues that I have known for a long time with intellect but I was not able to understand with whole my body and soul.

There is so much beauty in my life after your visit and the retreat. I'm much more present. To be present is a treasure which I'm so thankful for because I feel so much more relaxed in many situations. I see life in many new ways.

I am much more careful about judgement, to myself and o others, I think and feel before I say something and feel much more caring for others and myself.

Another gift is that I have come in contact with my lineage with my mother, grandmother and so on. I have a totally new relation to them even if they don´t live any longer, I feel more respect and thankfullness. I have more self-confidence.

Something new is that praying has become more integrated in my life, it feels natural to pray every day and give thanks to this amazing life. So thank you Astrid. I am grateful that you have come in to my life. It is a blessing!!!Much love

Luego de haber vivido esta experiencia me siento más conectada a la energía femenina; me he dado cuenta de que las mujeres compartimos los mismos miedos, limitaciones, emociones y sensibilidad, por lo que somos un gran apoyo las unas para las otras al poder entendernos. Siento que la hermandad entre todas las mujeres genera una energía muy fuerte y divina. He aprendido que la vulnerabilidad no es un defecto sino una gran virtud y que mostrándonos tal cual somos podemos liberarnos y recibir el apoyo de nuestras hermanas, sin juicio.
El haber conseguido una conexión y energía tan positiva e intensa, tan llena de amor puro entre 14 mujeres casi todas desconocidas es una vivencia que me ha revitalizado el alma y me llena de gratitud y amor hacia todas las mujeres que hemos compartido el encuentro y también hacia todas las mujeres del mundo. Siento gratitud por todos los abrazos, mimos, consuelos, risas, bailes, celebraciones y cantos y también por las lágrimas y las confesiones más íntimas que nos atrevimos a compartir.

Ciclo de Rebirthing

Finalmente, después de muchos años de deambular, he podido cerrar un gran ciclo de oscuridad, inestabilidad, desenfreno, soledad, tristeza y una constante búsqueda afuera de algo que estaba adentro. El nuevo ciclo que vivo es pleno en todos los sentidos. Es estable, con aire, amoroso, alegre, centrado y en plenitud.
Yo llegué buscando dejar un tratamiento de medicina tradicional con muchas pastillas que me estaban haciendo mal, así es que el trabajo se realizó con apoyo de una doctora que trabaja en equipo con Astrid. Estando aca, comenzamos a cambiar la alimentación y comencé a sentir el cambio inmediato. Pude decidir que comer en base a lo que anhelaba sentir, a comer sin ansiedad, comer consciente, sano y disfrutando.
Lo importante es que aquí trabajamos la raíz del problema sin rodeos. Gracias a esto se sanó el árbol seco. Esto fue muy detonante para mi en comparación con otros trabajos que había hecho.
Aprendí a sanar las co-dependencias y aprender a ser independiente, saber decidir y expresarme con honestidad y seguridad con todas las relaciones a mi alrededor, lo que me ayudó a soltar el apego adictivo. Hoy disfruto relaciones recíprocas, sin apegos y amorosas, con comunicación honesta y clara.
Fui despertando, comenzando a tomar consciencia del cambio del lugar interno donde estoy.
Trabajé mis debilidades y hábitos limitantes y llegar a un punto de resolución y poder disfrutar la vida con las nuevas herramientas que aprendí y que ahora son mías.
Aprendí a ser mujer, hija, amiga...a vivir la vida con gozo y como esto me abre las puertas. Por sobretodo, aprendí a disfrutar de la felicidad con consciencia.
Hoy también estoy reconciliada con el ser femenina y aprendí ser vulnerable, a reconocer y permitirme el complemento del hombre en una relación inter-dependiente sin apegos adictivos.
He podido encontrarme en equilibrio permitiendome una vida lúdica y es impresionante lo bien que hace y lo que inspira a mi alrededor. Hoy camino mi vida regalando calor y luz...de ser sombra descubrí la chispa que realmente soy.

Ciclo de Rebirthing

Cuando comencé las sesiones estaba en intensa y profunda confusión, no sabía nada, .me sentía tirada de todos lados, hacia muchas personas, con mucha culpa a estos lazos. A través de el trabajo muchos los liberé y otros los limpie bastante. Recuperando así muchísima energía. Energía que hoy uso para escucharme y seguir mi verdad, lo que desde adentro siento real.
Mi mayor logro es que me he podido escuchar y a valorarme como persona, soy importante. He dejado de hacer cosas para hacer felices a los demás y comienzo a ser feliz yo. He soltado las co-dependencias y puedo relacionarme con mas amor y menos apego.
Mi mayor miedo que libere es que no es malo estar sola. Puedo gozar mi propia compañía. Con los otros es un compartir y ya no un buscar llenar tu vacío.
También he descubierto lo que significa ser mujer y lo hermoso que es sin dejar de comprender lo poderoso que es simplemente ser. Existo. Estoy presente. Estoy aquí. Hoy gozo silencio en el presente y menos interferencia. Gracias
