Agradezco la sanación y la purificación que me llevaron a reconectar con mi inocencia. Una inocencia olvidada y perdida por años de mal trato y falta de amor por mí misma. Una exploración sutil y al mismo tiempo intensamente profunda hacia mi esencia virgen y divina.
Ha sido un regalo en mi camino conocer y trabajar con una Mujer Sagrada como Astrid, entregada a su verdad y a su servicio de compartirlo. La oportunidad de reflejarme en su espejo transparente y ancestral, recordándome del potencial que tengo dentro como Mujer que Soy. Con compasión y amor caminamos mano en mano atreves de temazcal, ritual, cantos y platicas, que beneficiaron a todas las participantes en unión e infinito amor, despejando heridas y temores para reconectar con la belleza de la inocencia perdida.
Astrid comparte su sabiduría y entendimiento de la mujer en todas sus fases divinas y sagradas para descifrar los misterios de la Diosa que llevamos dentro.

The Path of the Sacred Feminine Retreat and The Goddess Sweat Lodge
Astrid came to our community, Dharma Ridge in California last summer, walked upon the property and there was a doorway opened up that to the goddess presence. Since then we have been showered with abundance and presence of the divine feminine.
I came to Oregon for this weekend event and the same constant thread of the divine presence and invocation that she nurtures with devotion in all of us.

Se me abrió una ventanita inmesa llena de cosas que están ahí!! pero no las ves, dentro de nosotros mismos está todo lo que necesitamos y no nos damos cuenta, o a veces no queremos hacerlo. Retreat, The Path of the Wise Woman, Sweden

The journey I had during the retreat was both demanding and wonderful. I was amazed by the power of the rituals and felt surrounded by love from all the participants, and this helped me when I was struggling with my emotions. Astrid, being a loving, caring goddess, firmly rooted in the her tradition, guided us through various processes in a beautiful manner, and I trusted her completely. For me, still searching for a mission in my life, it was inspiring to see Astrid's devotion and confidence in what she does. I realize that I need to re-discover my own roots – listen and remember – in order to find my true way of life.

Beloved Astrid,You helped me to open doors so that Icould integrate many many things. Issues that I have known for a long time with intellect but I was not able to understand with whole my body and soul.

There is so much beauty in my life after your visit and the retreat. I'm much more present. To be present is a treasure which I'm so thankful for because I feel so much more relaxed in many situations. I see life in many new ways.

I am much more careful about judgement, to myself and o others, I think and feel before I say something and feel much more caring for others and myself.

Another gift is that I have come in contact with my lineage with my mother, grandmother and so on. I have a totally new relation to them even if they don´t live any longer, I feel more respect and thankfullness. I have more self-confidence.

Something new is that praying has become more integrated in my life, it feels natural to pray every day and give thanks to this amazing life. So thank you Astrid. I am grateful that you have come in to my life. It is a blessing!!!Much love

Luego de haber vivido esta experiencia me siento más conectada a la energía femenina; me he dado cuenta de que las mujeres compartimos los mismos miedos, limitaciones, emociones y sensibilidad, por lo que somos un gran apoyo las unas para las otras al poder entendernos. Siento que la hermandad entre todas las mujeres genera una energía muy fuerte y divina. He aprendido que la vulnerabilidad no es un defecto sino una gran virtud y que mostrándonos tal cual somos podemos liberarnos y recibir el apoyo de nuestras hermanas, sin juicio.
El haber conseguido una conexión y energía tan positiva e intensa, tan llena de amor puro entre 14 mujeres casi todas desconocidas es una vivencia que me ha revitalizado el alma y me llena de gratitud y amor hacia todas las mujeres que hemos compartido el encuentro y también hacia todas las mujeres del mundo. Siento gratitud por todos los abrazos, mimos, consuelos, risas, bailes, celebraciones y cantos y también por las lágrimas y las confesiones más íntimas que nos atrevimos a compartir.
Cada una de nosotras ha hecho que este encuentro sea tan especial y les estoy muy agradecida a todas. Gracias por tanto amor, confianza y feminidad! ¡¡¡Por más encuentros de mujeres!!!!
